“Image waiting to be processed” issue

Hi,

I’ve tried to fix the problem for several hours.
Finally it was due to the transient of the DB.
After clearing the transient, I can upload the images smoothly.
But, I wonder why the problem happens in case transient is huge.
Please let me know if you know anything.

I’m not really sure I understand your problem. You say that when you upload an image the robot icon does not spin? Is that it?

My issue was that the images couldn’t have been exchanged via ShortPixel.
The robot icon didn’t spin as well. Nothing happened.
But, I found the DB transients were interference with ShortPixel.
After clearing the transients, ShortPixel works.

I want to leave the transients as it is.

Hi @createpop,

Transients can be created by multiple plugins and if not controlled can conflict not only with our plugins but with other plugins.

Just make sure to clear them periodically ??
