I just want to add it happened after I had updated WP to the latest version and NextGen plugin to 2.0.66.17. I don’t want to disable nor delete the plugin as it governs all my galleries on the site.

@jfk65 – Is the watermark apply a text version when you have the image style chosen?

Can you provide a screen capture of the settings you are using under Gallery > Other Options > Watermarks?

    Thanks!

Yes, you are right. The watermark is a text version instead of a chosen image.

@jfk65 – So, when you switch to the image style the watermarking is working correctly now? If you used the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options it may have set the Watermark settings to use the Text type as the image link would have been reset.

It is not working correctly. I have not used the Reset Option. The plugin has the same setting as it had before the update.

@jfk65 – Can you share a screen snippet of the settings you are currently using under Gallery > Other Options > Watermarks?

    Thanks!

    Cais,
I have found the solution. The relative path to my watermark image was:
/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/vanessa-znak-wodny.png and it was working in the previous build. I have removed the slash at the beginning of the path and now it is working. Case closed.

@jfk65 -Thanks for the follow up on this. I’m glad to read it is now working. Sorry about the inconveniences.
