Image widget 4.0.8 conflict with widget area. No editing possible

  • This is a very strange one. With this version of Image widget I can not edit the widgets anymore. I disabled all plugins and brought them back to life one by one. And only Image widget causes this problem.

    I tested it with and without caching plugins (HyperCache and CleanerPress) and still Image widget causes the problem.

    Any ideas how to fix this?
