• I am having trouble with using the plugin for the first time. I have no issue when installing and activating the plugin, but when I try to set it up, something strange is happening.I have been placing in a page ( see link below) on the website screenshot of the steps I have made to better explain the problem. The first image on the page is the image I want to animate. It is a jpeg image, First I choose the image I want to use from the Media Library, it is a jpeg image Dimensions: 1412 by 1683 pixels. Afet choosing the image in the library, the image shows in the setup windows ( see screenshot 2) Then I was able to create several hotspots, with no problem ( see screenshot 3 and 4). When it get tricky, is when I hit the Update button to save the configuration ( screenshot 5 ), because as soon I save the settings, the choosen image disappears ( screenshot 6). When I ask to see the animated image, I got an error stating This interactive image doesn’t have an image selected from the media library. ( screenshot 7 ).

I am using theme TT3, and several other plugins , like Quick Featured Images By Kybernetik Services

Any idea of what is going wrong?

    Best regards

Hello @jcgarbez! ?We’re sorry to hear you’re running into that issue. ?? Could you provide us some details on if you were able to re-upload your image and publish the Draw Attention image? We have a guide on how to set up your interactive image –?https://wpdrawattention.com/guides/first-interactive-image/

If that doesn’t do the trick, could you head to your WP-Admin Area > Appearance > Customize and see if there is a “Content Options” section? If so, can you try clicking into it and head to “Featured Images” to add a check to “Display on single posts”?

If neither of those helps, could you try reaching out to our team at [email protected]?

    Thank you for your answer.

Every time I re-upload my image, and then hit the Update button to save the settings, the image diseappears! I have done it several time, I have even desinstall and reinstall the plugin, but it just won’t work.

I have been following the guide you mentionned from the beginning, step by step.

I dont have a Customize option in the Appearance section of the WP – Admin, remember I am using Twenty Twenty Three theme, which is using the FSE. I have nevertheless accesed the /wp-admin/customize.php page, and there is no Content Options section.

I will send an email at the address you suggest.

    Best regards

I have reached Draw Attention support team by email and they were able to help me. The problem was caused by a conflict with another plugin, more precisely FSM Custom Featured Image Caption, Once I desactivated this plugin, I was able to use the Draw Attention plugin without any problem.

Thanks again to Draw Attention support team.
