ImageBrowser Not Working But Slideshow Is

Not sure when/what happened but when viewing a single pic, it only shows the filename. Everything else about NextGen works fine (and it used to work fine).
Wp and NG updated to most current.
I checked the path in advanced settings (it’s ok), I changed to default theme, still nothing. Deactivated plugins, still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?
