• I’m evaluating the 30 day trial version of CDPM Premium and having trouble displaying PDF thumbnails and full file details. I have contacted my host provider, iPage, and they state they have Imagemagick 6.3.3 installed and have increased memory in my PHP.INI file. When I view the file list when logged on as Administrator, I see a generic Adobe thumbnail. When I try to view the file, all I see on a new page is the value “0”. I have check all of settings and cannot determine why PDF’s are not displaying. Could you please provide some guidance.

    Thank you. I have updated to ver 1.6.6 as you said, but cannot find where to set the path to imageMagick. I cannot find it in the Settings section. Could give me some more information where this path setting is.

    I have downloaded the latest premium version and installed. Located path for imagemagic setup in Settings and entered path my hosting company provided (/usr/local/bin/convert) or /usr/bin/resize) and neither seemed to work. Still cannot display PDF files nor does it create any thumbnails when I upload new files. Any other settings or changes that I need to consider before I give up on using your plug-in? Thanks.

    One other question; in the updated version of CDM Premium the new field for specifying ImageMagick’s path shows a message in red that “ImageMagick is not installed on your server”. Will that message go away if the proper path is entered in the path field, or does it display always?

    Hi there if you are seeing the error ImageMagick is not installed then it is not installed or it is not compiled with php. Check your phpinfo();
