images on my blog are not uploading.

– how are you loading?
– where are you loading?
– what theme are you using?
– are you using any plugin to upload?

Yes, it’s a 403 Forbidden message.
When I open the blog some of blog’s images don’t download.
I’m using a customize theme. I had a web designer ??

Have you tried another theme to see if it’s the theme that has issues? Have you tried deactivating any plugins to see if one might be causing this?

Without seeing the actual site, hard to offer much more help than very general steps like these.

Yes, two days ago.
And getting worse!

Taking the above advice, I would first deactivate all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, then, with all plugins still deactivated, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen/ Fifteen theme to explore whether it’s a theme issue.
