    I may be being very stupid

    i have an image that is 200 high and 100 wide

    I have it in a post

    I want to change it to 200 wide and 100 high so i have clicked on edit original and rotated it. This is fine.

    But when i save it and try and insert the image i have rotated it is still the normal way up

    Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

    Hello johnzoro,

    Try clearing your browser cache. Also, you could try downloading the file and renaming, then re-uploading it to WordPress after verifying it is rotated correctly on your computer.

    some good ideas!

    I would say that asking a question on a help forum “images” would get a lot of replies… you?
