Hello and thank you for your quick response.

I am trying to show up to eight image categories in a slider in my header, with counts for how many images are currently in that category, while also creating image grids on post/pages, 1 for each category. I really like the way this category slider looks so I want to make it work.

However, when I want to add more images to a specific category, the upload category form requires that I add a new category when I don’t need a new category I just want to add to the existing categories.

Did you mean, when you add an image to the existing category then it’s not allowed to upload image right?

We have checked our end it’s working fine, please check your end may be other plugin causing the issue.
