• When responding to support tickets we are unable to insert images even using a link. The image displays a small empty placeholder on the bottom left of the ticket, but no image itself. Is there a fix for this?

    Just a quick follow up. I have played with different permissions to see if there is any change and still none. The image is loaded to the folder for that particular month, but the image begins to show up as a blue box and then simply disappears leaving a small placeholder icon in its place as well as an image description if I put one in there.

    I also thought it might be due to not putting in the image size, so I have tried that to no avail. I removed the constraints checkmark too thinking that might help and that didn’t.

    The default permission it was given was 755 when installed. I have tried 775, 777 and other variations, but maybe there is something I am just missing.
