    Hi there,
    this happens because your images dont have the same proportions. So either you will need to upload same height product images or crop them.
    The thumbnail sizes are now available in the Customizer. You’ll need to open the Customizer, then select WooCommerce, then Product Images.

    Customizer>WooCommerce>Product Images

    The “main image” is the single product image. And the “thumbnail” is the shop/archive loop image.

    The category images are the same size as shop_image (or Catalog) thumbnail. WooCommerce handles its product thumbnails in its settings:

    WooCommerce->Settings>Products>Display

    You can change its height, width, and toggle the hard crop on/off.
    Check this article https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/adding-images-woocommerce/ on handling image sizes in Woocommerce.
    Let me know if you need additional help on this.

    This is wrong Fotis. I am using the theme and those options you describe are not available. There is no display option under product settings. I have tried everything and I cannot get the products to be the same size on my site, even changing the dimensions manually doesn’t work

    Hi @warrenvos,
    My answer is outdated, Woocommerce has all available options under Customize ? WooCommerce ? Product Images, but I strongly suggest using a third party plugin to control your images https://www.cssigniter.com/modify-image-sizes-using-simple-image-sizes/ then then the Regenerate thumbnails plugin, activate it and go to Tools and then Regen. Thumbnails to run a regeneration in order for the change to be applied.

    Let me know if this helps.

    PS. Can you send me a URL of you site so I can check your image sizes?
