Images and data are disappearing

  • We are having a problem with images disappearing and information entered into custom post types completely going away. Has anyone else experienced this same issue?

  • It sounds like your custom post types may have been added by a theme or plugin that you have disabled. This is the exact reason it is always suggested that you add functionality in plugins. Post types are consider to be a custom functionality. Hope this helps.
