Images and Positioning not working on PC enviroment

Hey everyone, I just developed my own theme and designed it in a mac environment. I started testing it today and now when I try on a PC images do not load using ie, firefox and chrome. Everything works using different browsers on mac. Also some positioning of elements are screwed up too. Please Help….
