Images appear as broken link

I’ve installed this and tested both with the original artwork and my own. In both cases, the image ends up as a 404 error, but will correctly identify the name of the artwork in the path.

I’ve test this with a clean install of WordPress locally as well as on my live site with the same result. Attempts to contact the author received no reply.
