    Hi @kiranthory,

I think your website is using Woo Commerce.

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best:? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    All the best!

    Hi Jerry,

I can only ask Woocommerce support questions regarding product images; but, if you could help me with the other images that are in the text section, that would be very appreciated.

Are you referring to the image on this section https://share.zight.com/7KunpO0k?

I think you have used GIF format for that.

    Hi Jerry,

I’m not referring to gif images here. Every image appears blurry on the page. Thank You.

    Hi Jerry,

One other thing I’ve observed is that the image’s color seems different on the page than it does in the media library. Would you please tell me what might be the primary cause of this?
