Images are cloning x50 or more

    I recently started to use wordpress.
    Actually, I’m builging my website in local
    But I have a problem when I add an image. I add the image normaly but when I upload it, I’ve “Error HTTP” and when I go back to Medias, I have like 50/100 images with the same name. The images are broken so they don’t work. Look : https://gyazo.com/55d338d0d6debb844f19757fce9154ca

    I have to delete all and the image I added isn’t here.

    It’s an other problem but with WPML (default set to French), I verified all but site.com/en/ doesn’t work. It works only with lang=en
