  • Hello @jamiehutber,

We have received the ticket you have created through our website and I have assigned it to Jordy so that he can have a look.

As it’s pro-version related, I will close the ticket here, and we will help you directly by email.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

“…As it’s pro-version related, I will close the ticket here, and we will help you directly by email. …”

You should not close pro-version related issues and handle them by mail only. That means other pros-users are unable to see the solution. Why do you do that?
My site also seems to consume a lot of bandwith. Im not sure what to expect, so Im not sure wether its normal. I would therefore like to see your comments in public to learn.

    Hi @oddis60,

This is not our choice, actually, I would prefer to handle the Pro support here for the simple reason that I would like everyone to see the issues answered and resolved but it’s part of the WordPress rules that the Pro support and everything related to the Pro versions of plugins be handled somewhere else; which is also understandable. Those forums aren’t “free to use”, they are here to support the code which is on WordPress Repository, nothing else. We can’t talk about the best themes available on ThemeForest or anything like this.

If you have an issue, don’t hesitate to open a new thread, with a link to your website, and don’t worry, we will look at it too ??
