Images are getting big

Hello,

Recently I came across a problem that i’m not been able to fix it. When I try to import a csv file with image hosted in my own server, the image gets so big that breaks the layout (and the images are just 500×500 px). When I do it from other server, all seems right. I’m not sure if this is a theme related or a Woocommerce problem, but I hope you can give me some clue to go further and fix this annoying problem

I’ve already eliminated the “big images” size on Wp configurantion, but it didn′t worked out.

May you any idea about this issue?
