I’m using super hero slider (free version) on my website.

The only thing I did was put the php line (<?php super_hero_slider(); ?>) on the header.php of my purchased theme.

What’s happening is that I have a 1920px X 640px image for the slides that are being resized to 1024px X 341 px when I see the super hero slide on the frontpage of my site.

Can you explain me why is this happening? Why are images being resized to a smaller size?

    Hi

My guess is that this is connected with your media settings. The plugin uses the Large image size so I’d suggest updating the dimensions in Settings > Media.

Please let me know how you get on.

    Hi there,
    Thank you for your reply.
That was my first idea, and I changed the media sizes, but it still isn’t working.
I have the media settings for large images set to 2000px x 2000px, and it’s not working. I even increase the medium size to 1920xp X 1920px, but it’s the same.
After being searching somewhere in the code and because I didn’t find anything that would lead me to the solution, that’s when I decided to contact you guys.
    Any thoughts?

This has been resolved via email support. The issue was related to the $content_width setting in the theme and unrelated to the plugin.
