    Hi,

All is ok except in my WordPress interface. I can’t see the images (just the cross to delete them) and as a consequence I can’t put a link for my images.

I tried to disable all my plugins and but it made no difference. I also tried the development version.

Some days ago it was ok.
Can you help me please ? I really like your plugin compared to the other.

    Thank you,
    Emilie

Hi Emilie, have you changed domains or servers over the past couple of days? If done incorrectly this can cause issues like this.

Hi Matthew, I have changed nothing. It’s weird. Now I can’t add more than one image. Sometimes when I click on “save”, it deletes all. Today on my PC at work on Internet Explorer, I could see the frame of the images and add a link. Now I can do nothing… Am I the one to report theses issues ?

You’re the only user to report problems like this. The thumbnails are pulled from WordPress, and aren’t actually created by Easing Slider. As a result, it sounds like you may be suffering from WordPress issues rather than just a plugin-specific problem. That said, I could be wrong.

Could you try resetting the plugin? You will lose your settings, but if this resolves the issue I guess it is the only solution. You can do this via the ‘Settings’ panel in the Easing Slider admin menu.

Hey, going to mark this as resolved for the time being but feel free to get back in contact if you still want to receive support ??

Hi, I’m having the same problem, just now. From the dashboard vertical menu, I clicked on the “Slideshow” option, and on that page I added my images, one by one, without being able to see them actually in the main content area on the Slideshow page, although they have been added to my slideshow and they are viewable from the website.
    What I did was:
From Plugins/Add New, I searched for easing slider. Then from the search results list I chose Easing Slider “Lite” and then clicked “Install Now”. installation was successful. After that, I activated it. Easing Slider Lite is version 2.1.1.

I use Firefox 20.0.1, The web server is on Amazon.
Interestingly, on my local web server (Wamp), it works….

    So, what do I do?
The problem is that I cannot access my slideshow images one by one in order to link them to my web pages.

Any help/guidance with this is greatly appreciated ??

    Thanks!

Hi @ioanachis, have you tried disabling all other plugins and reseting Easing Slider in the “Settings” admin panel?

Hi, just did that, the problem isn’t gone. When I try to add images in bulk, it adds only the first one selected, and I still cannot see the images I added in the admin panel.

So the problem persists when Easing Slider is the only plugin activated?

Have you also tried changing your theme temporarily?

FWIW… Was having the same problem. I deactivated and re-activated the plugin and that soloved it. WP 3.5.1, Child theme of Twenty-Eleven, a gob of other plugins. Site: https://bit.ly/13kFFcO
