• hello, I thought the idea of this plugin was great, but unfortunately I didn’t have much success in using it.

    1) when I upload an image in wordpress or manually via the media library, it is not uploaded to Cloudflare Images. I was only able to send images through the “Bulk upload images” option.

    2) the images I uploaded (by Bulk Upload) are shown in the frontend as
    https://www.mydomain.com/cdn-cgi/imagedelivery/heOaEO3Mn24tvphDHjaV-Q/1e91f22e-ba0d-4fc4-0f6a-a0113056bc00/w=600,h=600
I would like to make cloudflare use something like “cdn.mydomain.com/” is it possible? how do I do?

    3) does not work with WP All Import https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-all-import/
I use product data import in woocommerce a lot via WP All Import. I tested an import with your plugin active, and the images were not uploaded to Cloudflare Image.

@aabri , no, the images are still going to be on the media library. You can disable generation of attachment sizes, so that only the original image is stored. Full offload is coming a bit later. Need to make sure that it’s compatible with most common themes/plugins first. By the way, are you using the Spectra plugin, by any chance?

    Best regards,
    Anton

@vanyukov ah ok that’s not good as that was primarily my reason for using it.

Do you know of any alternative way to use Cloudflare images as storage in the meantime?

No I don’t use that plugin. However, I’ve found this issue I am having is only happening on a custom post type archive page.

@aabri, Cloudflare Images are not the greatest when it comes to using it as a remote storage. It doesn’t have the functionality S3 has for managing files. Which means that if somehow the mapping between a local WordPress image meta and the Cloudflare image becomes corrupt or invalid – it would be very hard to get those files back. I’m slowly starting to work on this functionality, but I don’t have a timeframe on when it will go live.
