Hi, I’ve read your FAQ section and checked all the instructions, but didn’t find a solution: there are no .webp images in my articles. Here are the answers for your questions:

1 — Do you have any error on the plugin settings page? No, I don’t.

    2 — URL of your website: https://litfan.ru/

3 — Configuration of your serverhttps://ibb.co/PhsXJ12 (I’ve checked all the requirements, that you listed – all of them are enabled).

    4 — Settings of pluginhttps://ibb.co/VmsVWjP

5 — Devtools test: https://ibb.co/tDJpcSZ (I always compress my images before loading them on website, but some of them still were converted in .webp format, and they are listed in “uploads-webpc” folder. So they definetly have to be listed in Devtools in this article that I’ve made a screenshot from).

6 — Enable debugging to the file and check if any errors are generated in the debug.log file when the works. Provide their content. I turned it on and checked: there are no errors. At least yet. I’ll recheck it tomorrow, because it’s late in my country right now. And if it’s still will be needed at that moment, then I will show errors (if there will be any).

7 — Do you use any plugin filters or actions from this FAQ? If so, list them all. No, I don’t.

8 — What plugin version are you using? If it is not the latest then update and check everything again. I use the latest version of the plugin (3.0.6).

9 — A list of all the plugins you use. Have you tried checking the plugin operation by turning off all others and activating the default theme? If not, please try whenever possible. This is very important because other plugins or themes can cause problems. Therefore, we recommend disabling all necessary plugins and enabling the default theme. Yes, I’ve just used Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to unload all my plugins (for admin only). And I reactivated your plugin and even regenerated all the images, but still in Devtools there are no webp images. Switching theme didn’t help too. And I have 51 plugins, so it will be pretty long list. Since I’ve unloaded them all, except for your plugin, is there any point to list them?

P.S. I’ve also tried to disable “Enable cron to convert images uploaded to Media Library to speed up process of adding images” (after that all the images from “uploads-webpc” folder disappeared, so I had to regenerate them). And it didn’t help.

Also I tried to change “Imagick” to “GD” in plugin’s settings (again, had to regenerate all the images). But it didn’t help too.

And earlier today I’ve also tried to change “via .htaccess” rule to “Pass Thru” rule. After that my website went down for about 45 minutes, so I didn’t use option this option anymore, and don’t want to (I’ve had “5020 error” btw).

I guess that’s all. I hope, that you can help me resolve this problem. Thanks in advance!

Well, I’ve just rechecked debug.log file. Here are all the unique errors, that were found:

    1 — PHP Notice: Undefined index: menu-image/freemius in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/adblock-notify-by-bweb/vendor/freemius/wordpress-sdk/start.php on line 277

2 — PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘plugin_path’ of non-object in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/adblock-notify-by-bweb/vendor/freemius/wordpress-sdk/start.php on line 189

    3 — PHP Notice: Undefined index: menu-image/freemius in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/adblock-notify-by-bweb/vendor/freemius/wordpress-sdk/start.php on line 184

4 — PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/adblock-notify-by-bweb/vendor/titan-framework/lib/class-admin-page.php on line 82

5 — PHP Deprecated: Function mcrypt_get_key_size() is deprecated in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-views-counter/includes/counter.php on line 777

6 — PHP Deprecated: Function mcrypt_get_iv_size() is deprecated in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-views-counter/includes/counter.php on line 778

7 — PHP Deprecated: Function mcrypt_encrypt() is deprecated in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-views-counter/includes/counter.php on line 783

8 — PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘comment_status’ of non-object in /home/w0325888/domains/litfan.ru/public_html/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 1244

As you can see, most of the errors are related to Adblock Notify plugin and Post Views Counter plugin.

And I don’t know, if it’s a useful information, but I have my “Cron” tasks moved from WordPress to my hosting. System checks cron tasks at the first minute of every hour.

Now I gave you all the information that I have. Can you help me?
