• Hey

I have a problem with the Elementor Plugin, because if I turn it off the problem disappears. So all my images without the theme background images (As example the “Gallery”) disappears on my ios device. On the Pc everithing works fine. In the Elementor editor I can see the Images under Mobile device but in the WordPress customice section in mobile view I can’t see them like on my ios Device.

    System Info:

    Thanks for any help!

  • Hi,

Have you cleared all cache on that ios device?
On my Android all images show up!

Also there are mixed content issues on your site after installing the SSL certificate:

    Hey

Thanks for your help! I’m very new in wordpress so I don’t really understand what you mean by “Have you cleared all cache on that ios device?”.
And what about the mixed content issues?

    Hi,

Actually I mean clearing cache on that ios device where you say it does not show the images. So not in WordPress but in you ios device clear all cache.

The fact that I can see all images when I look at it on my Android phone and we can see it on the pc, kind a points to the device ( your mobile ios phone or tablet ).

It might show you an older cached version in that browser.
Openening your site in an incognito window should also show an uncached version.

    SSL mixed content

If I am not mistaken there is an SSL certificate on your domain ( https ) but there are still images pointing to non https links.

I suggest you google SSL certiciate and mixed content to learn more about that.

    Hey,

Thanks for your answer! So actually I got some 6GB left on my Iphone so I think thats enough for the images… I also tried in another browser and put out the private mode and I still can’t see them.

That with the SSL I’ll check
