Images are not loading

I’m using
Autoptimize plugin
Cloudflare
hosted in GCP

images are not loading in my website the images are cached to mod_pagespeed with different expiry dates
when I check in inspect mode some images show the expiry date of 30days and some are with 1years

when I Flush The PageSpeed Cache it solved my problem after 6-7 days the problem keeps repeating
