Images are not loading from the CDN

    I am a paid customer of this plugin. Images are not loading from shortpixel CDN. Sent many emails but no one bothered to reply. Forget about any resolution.

    Very bad experience and poor customer support( Does it really exists?)

    I found your conversation and I can see that we actually got back to you in less than 12 hours. Please notice that these days we are swamped with work and sometimes we are not able to get back to you as soon as we would like.

    I would like to take back my words and I found your support really awesome. All issue could have happened due to caching.

    Also, the delay or confusion on timelines is due to the different time zone between the United States and the author country.

    Thanks again and appreciate your help and support. It’s an awesome plugin I would say.
