images are not showing up

As your Instagram account is private the widget cannot get the photos from your page. You account will need to be public for it to work as expected.

thanks scott! i just changed my setting to go public but still don’t see the images. how long does it take to go into effect or did i do something wrong?

It can take a few hours for the images to show up. You can speed this up by cleaning out your transients. There is a plugin that can do this for you: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/screenshots/
