    I’m creating a real estate website through houzez theme, all okay and the client asked me to upload an xml file with 700 properties.

    Everything is imported except images, actually they’re imported but never shown. From what I see in the log file and the xml file, images’ links have not image extensions(ex. jpg,png and etc.) while in the server images are downloaded properly.

    Also, what I saw in the log file, a warning message says “Warning, image xyz.jpeg not found in media gallery”.

    The Houzez developers made an add-on for WP All Import that should handle importing the images properly: https://favethemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038456531-What-s-Included-In-My-Purchase-. If using that add-on doesn’t help, you’ll need to contact the Houzez developers for assistance.

    I already have installed the addon you mentioned in your above post but nothing is working!!!

    What’s the name of the plugin/add on is included? Is there any solution from you? I already paid your plugin and doesn’t work!!

    My problem is clear, the images’ links are not in image format(jpg, png and etc) and in properties post doesn’t shown!!!

    Update: With the help of wpallimport support, the issue was the long image links, the support of the theme guided me to change the links and the problem is fixed
