images are not shown after click on empty all cache

resently i install the plugin and when i click on “empty all cache”
all the image are gone!
please tell me how to get them back.
i try to disable the plugin , reactive , reinstall , reset all setting but nothing!
of course the images are in my server (not used in cdn) but image not visible in page/ post atc..
