    Hi,
I set the slider dimensions to 925×320 and uploaded images of exactly that size for the slider.
However I noticed the images were a bit blurry. Upon inspection it appears the slider is appending “?w=720” to the image url thus retrieving a smaller image than the original.

Upon inspecting it seems that all of the sorce types: data-default, data-small, data-lage etc etc are generating an url with the appended “?w=720”

    WHY?

My images are the correct size, they should fit exactly. Resizing the dimensions of the slider container has absolutely no effect.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hold on!
I found the culprit! And you’ll be happy to know it is nothing URIS related!

Jetpack’s feature “Photon” was hijacking my images and resizing them quite zealously.
Turning Photon off fixed everything. It seems to be a common bug.

Hope this helps anyone having the same problem!
