Images as “next”/”previous”

I don’t know of any plugin that does that (which doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist…)
There is a plugin for the next/prev POST which is used in the single post view:

I found this example on that codex page:

Maybe I misunderstood you, or you’re a bit too fast on the scroll wheel. ??
