    Hey Jamie,

    Which version of WP are you using? Are you sure that auto-approve checkboxes are not checked? I can’t recreate this behavior, so any additional details will help.

    Hi, I think it was the theme I was using which has shortcodes for a custom gallery. I changed the gallery type and this stopped.
