• I have two converters set up with the extension, Imagick and Gd. I’m seeing the .webp variant of images being created and stored on the server, but when I look at my website itself I don’t see them being served. And when I try to visit one of the images, it just goes to the .jpg/.png rather than redirecting me to the .webp.

When I try the “alter html” method, that’s not working either. I see no changes in the html. I do use caching plugins, but I’ve tried both flushing them and disabling them altogether with no noticeable difference.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

Sorry to hear that the “alter html” method doesn’t work for you. Which platform are you on?

Are you aware that in the “Varied image responses” mode (without “alter html”), you do not see the redirect, because it is an internal redirect on the server. Instead, you should open inspector and view network traffic, and look in the “Type” column. This is explained in greater detail in the FAQ (the “Verifying that it works” section)

Can you share the URL of the website?

I’ve sent you an e-mail with the URL of the website. I don’t mind continuing discussion of the issue in this thread, but I didn’t want to post the address of the site itself publicly.

    Thanks!
