Hi @studentfilmmakers –

As @braehler references above, the size of the of the images are controlled by your theme. This happens either with CSS or in the template file itself. In either case, exactly how to customize this for your theme is outside of the scope of what we can help with per our support policy.

To adjust this with CSS, you would need to override the ul.job_listings li.job_listing a img.company_logo class.
