I want to use my own images which are sized at 1920 x 472.The slider however on preview is increasing the image far greater than required. This is badly blurring the image of course. I see the size on the slideshow controls are set at 1000 x 550 and I’m unable to change those settings.

I’m using the free version of your slider – can you help?

    Hi @briannie ,

I made a slider with your pictures and a description of how you want to set it up.
So you use Responsive slider, and when you use responsive slider then you have to set the parameter Responsive ratio (width / height) which must be 1920/472 = 4.07
This gives you a good responsive ratio in which the image of your slider will increase. These width and height values ??refer to a fixed slider mode in which the slider is exactly the specified size and is not responsive.

In the example, I am sending you pictures of the settings and slider as it looks with these options.

    Options:

    Slider Preview:

I hope I helped you a little, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!

I appear to have a different screen to yours https://prnt.sc/xlrb84 and having entered 4.07 in the appropriate spot the ‘2’ did not overwrite and now I can’t remove any of the figures.

Something strangely wrong here. Can you help further please?

    Hi @briannie ,
there are small differences in the screenshot as this is the current version we are developing with the new features. But the advice I gave you also applies to your current version.
I checked your example on the website and everything seems to be ok and there are no problems, I also noticed that you succeeded in the options added 4.07.

If you have additional questions feel free to contact us if not everything is working properly let us know back so we can close this issue.

    Have a nice day!

I had to swap from Firefox to Chrome in order to make the change. I’ve looked through the documentation and made various changes to the controls but
    1. I can’t get the slider to move more slowly from slide to slide. Can you help on this?
    2. I liked the typing animation but if I move the default from 50 to any other figure, it doesn’t work. I’d like it to go a little more slowly if possible.

Overall, I really like the slider, and thank you for this free version, I just wish I could get it to work a little better.

    Hi @briannie ,

thanks for the info, we will test further on Firefox.

    1. If you have the autoplay option turned on and you want each slide to be displayed longer then you can set how long the slide will last. In the slider options go to Autoplay -> Delay between transitions and enter the number in milliseconds how much you want the slide to stand.
If you want the transition between slides to be slower then you can select for each slide in the editor under Transition -> Effect Duration and change there how much you want the effect to be displayed.

    2. We tested further as far as the Typing effect is concerned and the options all work. What we noticed is that the Preview slider may not always show a change in typing speed, but if you save, for example, 100ms for typing speed, your text will be printed letter by letter with that speed.

I hope I was able to help you, I wish you a pleasant rest of the day!

We try to make the plugin as good as possible. We are preparing something big soon, we hope you like it.
