• Hi Guys,

I am currently using the featured image plugin and I am having issues with my photos being automatically resized for me.

Would it be wordpress that is automatically resizing or the plugin? I do not wish for the image size to be resized, however, it is being done.

Is there a way or area I can change this so that what I resize them to is the default instead of them being done for me? Thanks!

    It could be either.

If you can’t find anything about resizing in the settings for the plugin, check Settings > Media in your Admin Panel. There’s details for size limits there and a tickbox option for resizing thumbnails.

Thanks for the response snowman. The example of the issue I am having can be seen here: illiam.com/blog

It is the post for “Wanderlust”. I am uploading the post at 960×1445, however, it is being resized automatically to 478×720 or “half”.

Here are the settings I have for my WP media settings currently:

and the plugin i am using is the featured page widget plugin and the settings it offers for it and what i have them set to are here: https://imgur.com/2xgar.png

I played with your advice in your response and that is how I got to these settings, however, the issue still persists. Any ideas? Thanks!
