Images being resized small

I cannot figure out why all of my images are being sized so small. I initially uploaded images and used the thumbnail when inserting the image. However I’ve also tried manually resizing them to 150 px with an outside program and still no success. I’ve tried a few attr style and col1 adjustments, but nothing is working. See here:
