    Hey there,

    I’ve got a strange issue, I’ve used this plugin on so many websites but one particular website we have is displaying blank images with the instagram logo over it.

    I’ve cleared caches, I’ve disabled all plugins, switched themes.

    I’ve cleared the cache within Smash Balloon plugin. I’ve tried different settings.

    I’m a bit stuck. I’ve looked at troubleshooting and tried: sbi_init();
    All I get is ‘undefined’

    Any advice would be helpful!

    Thanks for contacting us! We believe this is part of a bug in Instagram’s API that we recently became aware of. We’ll need to do some more in-depth investigation to better assist with this issue, so could you send us a support request here and include the System Info from the plugin and a link to the page where you are displaying the feed? You can find the System Info here:

    1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
    3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
    4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
    5. For issues with a specific feed, you can also under Export Settings select the feed and click Export. You can then attach the generated .json file to your reply.
