Images Blocked For Google Bot Cache Version

Few weeks earlier I installed the ShortPixel Image Optimizer on my website, I though everything is working fine, but today when I checked cache version of my site in chrome, all the images were just blocked, i don’t why is it being haeppening but when I looked into my plugins only the images related plugin that I have installed is ShortPixel Image Optimizer, can anyone let me know if this is because of this plugin?

For general view everything is fine but for cache version it’s just shows blocked for the homepage or this image was hotlinked (where as I upload the media on my site).

I am downloading the image and hosting it on my own, is it because of the plugin.

Can anyone let me know what is going on here. Is it going to impact my site on google.
