    I have uploaded PNG images (with decent resolution) and they appear fine in the editor & preview mode but are blurry when published. You can see this with the logo icons and the icons throughout.

    I’ve done other stories before using PNG’s and they work fine so not sure if this is due to image compression on this particular site?

    @mrosedesign Hello there! Thanks for posting your topic. Does the image still appear blurry if you remove the animations from it?

    Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    It looks like removing the animations fixed it but that’s not a great long term solution. Are images supposed to allow for animation?

    @mrosedesign Thanks for the update. Apologies, this was an attempt to narrow down possible causes for the issue you are experiencing. We would like try and reproduce your issue. Who is your hosting provider? Could you share your Site Health information so we can attempt a similar setup?

    I’ve submitted the site health stats. I do wonder if this is host related, as I have the same template in my own account (with Bigscoots) and the image is not blurry when published.

    You may be on to something here – we’ve run some tests and so far have been unable to replicate this issue.

    Can you confirm that this site is hosted on WPopt? If so, I’d like to try creating a test site there to see if I can replicate..

    Yes, WPOPT is the host.

    We’ve received a related report about this and I’ve created a ticket for us to investigate the blurry images issue. We should be able to address it in an upcoming release.
