Images broken on order in e-mail and WordPress dashboard

  • Hello,

    I have the Pro version of the plugin and when customers place an order sometimes the images are broken en I can not open them. Is this a hosted related problem or is there something else I can do?

    The images are send within an e-mail and you can download them in the WordPress dashboard, both file format are sometimes broken.

    Can you help me out please?

    Yes, it’s possible that the server causing issues with the upload, mostly in the cases images are too big.

    Can I take a look on your dashboard? In this case can you contact us using this form?

    Hello,

    Sometimes the file gets 0 bytes when its uploaded, I think there goes something worng with upload process. I am gonna ask the customer if its fine that we can give you acces to they website, you will hear from me next week.
