  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Have done first two but nothing changed.
the third option is so unavailable for me. because i couldnt find the appropriate tables to do so.

You don’t need to find any tables to reset plugins by FTP.

i dont know how to do it.

Please see the link I posted above.

    it says,

Use phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins.

In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the active_plugins row
    Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}

    and i said,

the third option is so unavailable for me. because i couldnt find the appropriate tables to do so.

    tables, columns…

and i dont have ftp account for that domain. we are going circles.

    What tables can you find?

i do not know anything about tables. sorry, i am not get used to use those kind of panels. every hosting company has another type of menu layout and i cant find the needed files to change. i am really lost now. no other way?

So you weren’t able to access your database at all?

i have followed instructions mentioned below but problem still persist.

Or reset your plugins folder via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel.

Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”
