Images cannot be resized when the user has the shop manager role

    Hi, my website uses Woocommerce and I have an account as a shop manager. I use this account to post products on the website. However, when I upload the image, it doesn’t resize.

    Hello,

    I just tested a Shop Manager account with Imsanity and it did resize the images as they were uploaded in the various ways. You won’t necessarily be able to see the settings under that account, but under a full admin account, I would make sure that you have resizing set for the three different post options (upload directly, posts, and elsewhere).
