After importing >20 Products suddenly all products that I import don’t have images anymore. On the “Import List” under “Gallery” the images appear correctly. When clicking “Import Now” and then going to Products > Edit Product, the images are not inside of the product. When I go to Media>Library and check if the images are imported inside the gallery there is an image that gets imported, but it’s one of a product I imported long ago. And it’s always the same image, that gets duplicated over and over again.

My WordPress Plugin Version is: Version 1.0.0.2

  • Hi,
Please check if the same image is downloaded now even when you do not import products.
If yes, please deactivate our plugin.
And check the Error images list to see if there’s any item there.
    Best regards

    Hi,

Yes, it also imported this image, even when I didn’t import products. I deactivated your plugin.

I am not sure what you mean by: Error images list? Where do I find the Error images list?

After some debugging I see this errors:

(104)Connection reset by peer: AH01075: Error dispatching request to :, referer: https://domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wp_vi_wad_background_download_images&nonce=61db59f048

    There it says:

You don’t have any error images.

Do you have any further suggestions? I could also give you access to the site if this helps.

Can you check your Media to see how many copies of the last downloaded image?

    Suddenly it works again!?

    What I did:
    Deactivated and activated plugin.
Raised PHP Max Execution Time to 240
De-activated all plugins that had something to do with image editing

Nothing of those actions had any kind of effect. Only after waiting over an hour, it works suddenly again.

    Any idea what happened here?

    I have no idea.
You can do the reverse one by one to check, if you have time.
There maybe conflict with a image editing plugin.
If the problem is related to Max Execution Time, there should be items in the Error images list.
Anyway, which image editing plugin are you using? I can install them for a test.

One thing I also did is I updated to latest WooCommerce Version.

I don’t think it’s related to WooCommerce Version.

I’m having trouble getting the images to load.

    What’s the quickest fix?

Here are the current System Status settings:

PHP Max Execution Time 30 Should be greater than 100
PHP Max Input Vars 1000 Should be greater than 10000
Memory Limit 256M Should be greater than 128MB

    Hi @selfmade1,
Are there any items on this page https://prnt.sc/r8rv4p?
