• Hi,
    I’ve a problem with my website.
    A couple of months ago I noticed that, in some older posts, some images where no more visible.
    I checked in the media library and I found out that the image was still present, but somehow not working:
    – the thumbnail was blank (I also tried to regenerate it);
    – in the media library I can correctly see the image

    -I can see the image while editing the post but, on the published page, the 5th image is not visible
    https://followthewhitedog.it/2018/07/07/resegone/

    The original code is:
    <img src="https://www.followthewhitedog.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Resegone_05.jpg" alt="" width="1500" height="1000" />
    but it’s not showing.

    The crazy thing is that if I reupload the image I get the same problem.
    The only way that I have to fix the problem is recover the original image, copy the content to a new file and save it with a different name.
    Once I upload it and replace it in the post it works.

    WP is updated to the latest version (5.3.2–it_IT) and it’s happening also with the latest post.

    I’ve checked the DB with my provider and it’s working fine.

    I don’t know what to do…..

    I’m using these theme:

  • I can see the image you mentioned on the post now

    I see that you are using Jetpack image CDN. Try to disable it when troubleshooting.

    Ok….I’ve just disabled Jetpack and now I see all the images correctly.
    How is this possible?!?!?!

    Thank you very very very very very much @lcf
