images disappear when using Yoast SEO

@luwiserjeus Can you please let us know how the images that are being removed are added to the page’s content? For example are they added using the default Gutenberg editor’s features, or are they added using a page builder’s image module of some kind?

Hi, the images were added using the Elementor editor (Version: 2.9.14).

If you have already confirmed that both Yoast SEO, WordPress, and all of your site’s plugins/themes are up to date and the issue is still occurring, we would next recommend performing a conflict check to determine whether another plugin or theme is interfering with the Yoast plugin.

Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
2. Check for conflicts.
3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.

If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

@devnihil thanks for your concern. I followed your advice to check for conflicts using the process described in the given link. Strange enough I can no longer reproduce the issue – so I assume there’s no real issue with Yoast SEO.
