Images disappeared and can’t find “updates tab in your theme and plugin settings

    Thank you for reading this! All my images recently disappeared. I have no idea what version of WordPress I’m using. Godaddy suggested updating themes and plugins, but when I try to do that I get a messages that says I have to enter my elegant themes username and API key into the updates tab in my theme and plugin settings. I have my API key, but I can not find where I’m suppose to enter it! Where do I find this updates tab that they speak of, and is it two tabs or (one for theme and another for settings) or just one? I’ve looked everywhere, and know I’m missing something really silly. Please help. Thanks so much!

    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    – As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
