    Hello… Quite new and amateur to all this. Trying to up the security on my website, I installed ALL-IN-ONE Security. As recommended by it I changed my database name. Away from the wp one. I now cant see any of my images. Please help.

    Changing the database prefix makes no change in the images URLs, so I’m afraid that there is no relation between both things.

    Check your images URLs.

    it makes no difference to image urls but the url’s are stored in the database which is now called something different from the original name that wordpress was using to find those urls. check your wp-config.php and see if the plugin has written the new name of the database to it, if not you may have to manually change it.

    if wordpress is calling for steve and james is the only guy in the room, steve isn’t going to answer!

    Thanks both of you. It turns out it was the ALL IN ONE Security firewall setting that was blocking my images. I tried everything! which involved me crashing the site lots, but really appreciate your help.
