Your LiteSpeed caching might be the issue for you.

Thanks for your response. However, caching is not the issue. Can you assist me further to overcome the problem?

1. Look at your browser web console if you have any JavaScript errors.

2. Enable PHP error logging, read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors: /wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation.

3. If these steps not will solve your issue make a Theme/Plugin conflict test:

4. Post your UM Settings -> Install Info here in the Forum.
