Images Disappearing from Slider Presentation

  • I have a slider that’s part of the theme I bought and had installed. It works great, but every so often, the images disappear from it. The images instead just appear to be white squares. The slider is still clearly moving because the titles are still there, but images are not.

    I’ve encountered this on Chrome, Internet Explorer,and Mobile (Safari via iPhone). I’m just trying to figure out what may cause this as it is very random.

  • I did inspect you site but found the slider working well on chrome & firefox. Not sure but may be version issue or something similar.

    Well,I’ve been giving it some time to see if it would fix itself, but it hasn’t. Today, the first time I opened the page, all slides were just white images. It even made the text disappear. Refreshed it about 12 times after and it’s been perfect every time.

    I have no problems with it working almost all the time, but it’s just that once in awhile that really bothers me. It happens at least once a day,but there doesn’t really seem to be a pattern of how to make it happen.

    The next time it happens, I’ll see if I can nab a screen.
