Hey @giantgreen6, can you link me to an example of the slideshow malfunctioning on your site? Unfortunately not much I can do unless I can see the issue first-hand.

You can check it now using the link above. The site is visible. The slider lies in the white space below the menu.

I see the issue. You’ve forgotten to include the WP header and footer PHP hooks that allow plugins to load their scripts and styles. You must add <?php wp_head(); ?> before the </head> in your theme’s header.php file, and <?php wp_footer(); ?> before the </body> in the footer.php.
